Product Return Policy

• In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing or packaging defects, the customer/distributor can return/exchange the product. Customers/Distributors should contact the Distributor/Company from whom they purchased the same, within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• They have to give a reason and return the said products along with the original customer order receipt copy/invoice. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the distributor to meet the customer's requirement for a refund or replacement of the products.
• The distributor can then return these products to the company along with the original invoice. The company will replace these products free of cost or if the distributor does not want the same product, then the company will give the remaining amount to wallet fund after deducting the amount of GST from the total amount of the product purchased, which will be used by the distributor to buy the products of his choice. can do for

Buy back policy

• The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the Distributor who wishes to resign their Distributorship and return any Kingone Healthcare Product that is in good condition, usable, resalable, restock able, not uncovered, of the product. There should be four months left by the expiration date.
• If the Distributor resigns within 30 days from the purchase of the Products, Kingone Healthcare will provide the Distributor with a full refund for the Products.
• If the Distributor resigns from his Distributorship after the expiry of 30 days from the date of purchase of the products from Kingone Healthcare Projects Pvt. Ltd., the amount refunded will be equal to the distributor cost of the products being returned, minus the 10% service charge minus the total bonus paid by the Company on the original purchase.
• The buyback policy is designed to bind the sponsor and the company to ensure that the distributor is purchasing the product wisely.
