We notify our distributor about the various stages of an order placed: order processing, dispatch and delivery.

- How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
- We try to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time possible and in perfect condition.
- It takes 3 to 5 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India, given that due to concerns raised by any government authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government, the delivery may be delayed.
- There may be delay. Has not been delayed or is working as per the instructions of the Government. If the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, either due to accident or unforeseen circumstances, the distributor is informed about the same. If the distributor wants to accept the delivery, the order gets delivered and if the distributor wants to cancel the order, the refund is made directly to the distributor's bank account using the same mode as the payment was received and the goods are taken back.
- Distributors are advised that if the packaging is tampered with or damaged while accepting delivery of the goods, they should refuse to take delivery of the package and immediately call their respective Kingone branch office or An e-mail should be written to [email protected]. In which the order reference number must also be mentioned. We will do our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is sent to the distributor as soon as possible.
